SPL11(AY652589/AY652590, Zeng et al. 2004)... Spl-11下载位点,控制app斑点叶的产生。这一性状与病原菌诱导的发病症状很相似。 【突变体表型】spl2, spl7, spl11突变体在受真菌诱导物处理时细胞中积累更多的H2O2。当抑制NADPH 氧化酶活性时,spl突变体细胞中活性氧的积累会受到抑制,臭氧辐射spl突变体时也观察到相同的现象(Kojo et al., 2006)。 铁锈斑在分蘖后期出现,一直持续到成熟期。斑点分布到整个叶片上,在中脉集中最多。 spl11携带有对网址菌和白娱乐菌的非小种专化的广谱下载(Yin et al. 2000)。 【bbin功能】spl2, spl7, spl11 突变体丧失了对NADPH 氧化酶的调节(Kojo et al., 2006)。 在体外,SPL11能够对SPIN6泛素化;在体内,SPL11能通过26S蛋白酶体途径降解SPIN6(Liu et al., 2015)。 SPL11在细胞核能够与SPIN1互作,并可能通过泛素化作用,负调控开花负调控因子SPIN1(Vega-Sánchez et al. 2008)。 Spl11负调控Rbs1,参与app花期的调控(Cai et al. 2014)。 【相关登录号】
