褐飞虱诱导下载Bphi008a 能够增强app对褐飞虱的下载，作用于乙烯信号通路的下游，定位于细胞核。Bphi008a 能被丝裂原活化蛋白激酶OsMPK5 磷酸化，其通过C末端的富脯氨酸区域直接与OsMPK5 蛋白相互作用，且这种互作发生在细胞核中。转下载植株中Bphi008a 上调或者下调，伴随着OsMPK5, OsMPK12, OsMPK13, OsMPK17 的转录水平的不同变化，如稻飞虱取食之后的Bphi008a 过表达和RNAi抑制植株，OsMPK5 蛋白分别出现增加和下降。在转下载株系中，一些含有抵御褐飞虱重要元件的酶，其表达水平发生变化。Bphi008a 能够与b-ZIP 转录因子OsbZIP60 以及RNA聚合酶多肽SDRP 分别发生互作（Hu et al. 2011）。 【相关登录号】
